Billing Currency

All transactions are settled in USD ($). If you use a different currency, the exchange rate will be determined by your payment gateway, and conversion fees may apply.

Fee Breakdown

• Product Price: As shown on each product page in USD.
• Shipping: Free as per our shipping policy (no hidden charges).
• Sales Tax: Calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state/local laws – shown at checkout.
• Additional Fees: We charge no extra fees beyond those clearly displayed at checkout.

Payment Process

1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Enter your shipping address and select a shipping method.
3. Choose your preferred payment method from the options above.
4. Review the full order summary (total price, shipping, taxes, etc.).
5. Click “Confirm Payment” – you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway.
6. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Payment Security

We use PCI‑DSS compliant gateways with 256‑bit SSL encryption to protect your financial data. When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which minimizes the risk of unauthorized use.

Payment Issues

If your payment fails, the order will not be processed. For duplicate charges or other issues, please contact us immediately at support@toddlerfriend.com and we will assist you after verification.
